Job Description

- Support the well-being team in implementation of programs for residents and team members including:
-
- Shadowing and supporting regular fitness classes for residents or team members
- Implement well-being events for residents and team members
- Create educational materials to promote various health topics for residents and team members.
- Contribute to planning future well-being programs and innovations to support those we serve.
- Participate in Wellness team meetings.
- Gain a broad understanding of the role of wellness within an organization to drive health and wellness organizationally and culturally.
