Job summary
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at St George's Care Home in Bristol is responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities and programs that promote the overall wellbeing of the residents. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £12.21 per hour. Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive activity program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This includes organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, and outings to enrich the lives of the residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care and wellbeing. The key to success in this role is the ability to connect with the residents, understand their needs, and deliver activities and ideas that bring out the best in them.
