- Use the Health Care Assistant competency framework to enhance and develop skills in the clinical area.
- Moving and handling practices should be safe and as taught in training.
- Keeping up to date with mandatory training.
- Continuous effective communication to patients, staff and the wider MDT.
- Reporting and investigating incidents, near misses and complaints, escalating issues to the Clinical Services Manager and implementing changes when necessary.
- Ensuring the clinical environment is safe for staff and patients and following the process for escalation if there are risks to the health and safety of staff and patients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated bank Health Care Assistant to join our team at LivingCare Sheffield. The role will consist of supporting the clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care in the Outpatients and Imaging department.
