- Undertake new patient and NHS checks, emphasising importance of health promotion
- ECG recording and 24-hour BP monitoring
- Phlebotomy
- Undertake wound care and dressings
- Performing spirometry tests (interpretations will be undertaken by a nurse)
- Support the management of chronic disease clinics, such as CVD, diabetic health check reviews, dementia and SMI reviews
- Provide vaccinations e.g. flu, RSV, shingles
- Ear irrigation
- Support the operational running of the nursing team, e.g. vaccine cold storage, fridge monitoring and recording, chaperoning, room stocking, checking emergency drugs/bags, processing laboratory samples

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Practice team. We are a forward thinking and innovative Practice. You will be led and supported bu our lead Practice Nurse
You will engage in a variety of roles, primarily based around core general practice nursing. This will provide an opportunity to deliver high quality care to our patients.
