      Job summary

      We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our healthcare team recently voted Number 1 Practice in Surrey in the National Patient Survey.

      Main duties of the job

      The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.

      Responsibilities

      • Date checking stock and keeping records on a weekly basis
      • Temperature checks and keeping records
      • Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
      • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following health and safety protocols.
