- Experience as a Health Care Assistant in the acute or community nursing setting
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care / equivalent experience
- English and Maths Qualifications at one of the following academic levels/grades:- O Level - Grade A to C CSE Grade 1 only GCSE Grade A to C GCSE Grade 9 to 4 Functional skills Level 2
- To show an ability to develop working relationships with other team members and professionals
- Able to comprehend instructions
- Evidence of being able to work as part of a team
- Good written grammar and organisational skills
- To show the ability to adapt to change
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as and when required
- Flexible to meets the demands of the service
- Able to communicate to all care settings within Dudley Health Economy
- Able to communicate accurately in both verbal and written forms
- Enthusiastic - seizing the opportunity for personal and service development
- Motivated - able to motivate self and others to deliver a quality service
- The ability to keep all information confidential
- To be able to work independently in the home and provide feedback to other team members
- Able to communicate in both verbal and written forms

- Have some knowledge of NHS issues

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring person to join our Community Nursing Team within Dudley NHS Foundation Trust, as part of the Kingswinford team based at Brierley Hill. You will be part of a team providing high quality nursing care to patients in the community, driver essential. Minimum training requirements is a qualification in NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.
Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant in Acute or Community Nursing setting essential. You will have good communication skills and be able to work independently and as well as part of a team.
