      Job summary

      We are looking to recruit a fully qualified Health Care Assistant who has worked or is working in General Practice.

      We are a 2 partner, 7000 patient practice in Strood. Patient Care is at the core of our culture and we are committed to making our environment a positive one for our staff and our patients.

      Please DO NOT apply if you do not have GP surgery experience.

      Main duties of the job

      You will be required to be involved in:

      Phlebotomy clinics, Blood pressure clinics, diabetic foot checks, weight loss advice, assisting the GP in the contraception coil clinic, flu vaccination clinic, B12 injections, some chronic disease management, medical consumable stock ordering and anything else appropriate to provide excellent patient care.
