      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project management for EHR implementations, vendor integrations, and internal technical projects
      - Scope and gather project requirements, creating and managing detailed project plans
      - Track project progress, ensuring milestones and timelines are met while identifying and addressing risks
      - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
      - Provide excellent customer service and support to OCHIN members and project stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics, or equivalent combination of education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare or IT
      - Proven success in communication and relationship management across all organizational levels
      - Technical aptitude to understand necessary systems for effective collaboration
      - Experience working with remote project teams and leading projects to successful completion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent experience in leading EHR implementations
      - Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
      - Epic implementation certification or training experience
