Job summary
The Healthcare Assistant (Level 2) will work at all times under the delegation of a registered practitioner or assistant practitioner in the delivery of person centred care.
The post holder will be responsible for following care plans and recording all personally generated observations and documenting care given in individual's notes.

A post has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join ward 12, based in Singleton Hospital, Swansea.
The team delivers high quality care for Oncology/Haematology patients within a ward environment. You will be a valued member of the Nursing Team. We are looking for someone who has current experience within the acute hospital setting who can provide holistic care for our patients with the health board values at the forefront of their mind.We can offer excellent personal development, within a competency based framework.
We are looking for a support worker with relevant experience to support the Registered Nurses in the care for Oncology/Haematology patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
