Job summary
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to recruit Health Care Support Workers for main Theatres, in Grantham. Vacancies will be available in a variety of clinical specialities within the Theatre complex at Grantham Hospital, with contracted hours to suit both full time and part time working.
As a substantive member of the healthcare team, you will have an opportunity to completethe Care Certificate and it is expected that all staff employed into the role of substantive Health Care Support Worker will complete this element of the qualification within the first twelve weeks of employment. Full support from a dedicated apprenticeship team will be provided to achieve this.

Main duties of the job
Working with and assisting the theatre team
Responsible for delivering patient care appropriate to own job remit
Responsible for care of equipment
Mentoring new HCSW's and assisting with induction of new staff
Participates in monthly audit meetings.
