What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn service-specific delivery and become proficient within 18-24 months
- Manage change order and annual enrollment reporting process
- Develop trusted relationships with client teams and health plan contacts
- Lead and participate in internal and external meetings
- Track and resolve open items timely and manage client deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of TBA and health plan provisions
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively
- Previous experience in customer care and working in cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience working in a global team in a healthcare-related service
