      We are looking for a Health Economics & Outcomes Research Intern to join our HEOR team!

      Position Summary

      This internship will offer experience in applying health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) knowledge in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry setting by supporting implementation of strategic HEOR evidence plans for Z uranolone (SAGE 217) and D alzanemdor (SAGE 718 ) , being involved in project management, developing internal/external communication tools for HEOR findings, and contributing to the HEOR/market access strategy.

      Responsibilities

      • Gain experience in generating evidence using real-world data, including retrospective claims databases and prospective data collection, to support product launch

      • Gain experience in designing, developing and communicating health economic models

      • Conduct literature review s to identify evidence gap s, develop an evidence-generation plan , and evaluate input s for economic modeling

      • Assist HEOR team members in execut ing projects to support the development of the HEOR value proposition

      • Gain knowledge of US reimbursement systems and contribute to HTA doss i er preparation

      Qualifications

      • Currently pursuing a PhD/MPH/MS in health economics, public health, health services research, epidemiology, or psychology disciplines at an accredited university and have completed at least 1 year of coursework

      • Prior research experience working on HEOR projects is strongly preferred

      • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Proficiency with MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

      • Prior experience with economic modeling preferred

      • Prior publication record preferred
