      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Patient Navigator coordinating patient referrals and intake for the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
      - Collaborate with medical and mental health providers to ensure appropriate placement within specialized treatment services
      - Provide indirect clinical support by connecting patients and families to necessary case management services
      - Follow up with high-risk patients to aid in safety planning and crisis management
      - Develop and distribute outreach materials to improve communication with referral sources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field plus two (2) years of mental health experience, or
      - High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of mental health experience
      - Mental health paraprofessional certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in outpatient behavioral health programs
      - Familiarity with working with preschoolers, children, and teens in a mental health or social service setting
      - Skills in developing outreach materials and educational resources
