      SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Health Equity Educator Senior to join our Health Equity team. This benefit's eligible full-time role will primarily work on-site/hybrid, day shift. Significant background in anti-racism valuable. Applicants invited to interview for this role will be asked to prepare a 3-5 minute training on a topic of their choosing to present during the interview stage. Purpose of this position: The Health Equity Educator Senior is a scholar that provides system wide education and training related to Health Equity and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and utilizes scientific literature and evidence-based practices to develop new system wide trainings. Skilled at program development and program evaluation. Plays a significant role in the delivery of the Journey into Health Equity Compass Program, among other educational efforts. This role is responsible for leading cohorts through the yearlong curriculum, ensuring that all the members of a cohort complete the program and satisfy the requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct trainings offered in the Journey into Health Equity Compass Program - Lead cohorts through the yearlong program from start to finish by working with leaders, as well as the project manager to ensure satisfactory completion of the program, maintaining constant communication with cohorts, attending pod meetings, connecting with the DEI executive coaches, and assisting with capstone projects - Work closely with Labor Relations to ensure completion of the Compass Program - Work closely with the Health Equity Project Manager to coordinate education efforts across the institution - Design and deliver diversity training programs and workshops to employees across the enterprise - Develop diversity training curriculum and monitor changes the literature to ensure the training stays current - Design and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce - Provide the trainings developed according to the overall education strategy - Coordinate with DEI clinicians, DEI executive coaches, and Cultural Navigators as needed - Work with appropriate departments to coordinate continuing education as needed - Work closely with Cortex and People and Culture as well as other departments as appropriate
