      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize analytical and workflow analysis techniques to evaluate health information technology solutions within the Veterans Health Administration
      - Extract and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and derive actionable insights
      - Manipulate data to present program status and performance metrics for strategic planning
      - Make data-driven recommendations for improving business processes and enhancing operational efficiency
      - Analyze Electronic Health Records (EHR) workflows to identify new approaches for improving patient care quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Informatics, Biomedical Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, data analysis, or informatics, preferably in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting
      - Proficient in clinical workflow mapping and familiar with BPMN+ notation
      - Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a clinical field (PA-C, FNP, etc.)
      - Informatics Certification (NI-BC, CPHIMS)
      - Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner), PharmNet, and PowerPlans
      - Direct experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Veterans Health Administration
