Job Description
- Req#: 34141
- Keep the Health Link platform up to date with the most accurate patient information.
- Merge patient charts when there are two medical records by maintaining the integrity of the medical record.
- Analyze and identify patient overlays or fraud cases; fix the chart for patient safety to have one medical record.
- Provide input on workflow improvements, perform, and test workflows, and offer feedback on updates.

- Associate's Degree in healthcare related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree, in addition to the required experience below Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 2 years relevant experience Required
- 2 years or more years lead level or trainer experience Preferred
- Epic Certification within 180 Days Required
- RHIA Preferred or
- RHIT Preferred or
- CPHIMS Preferred or
- CAHIMS Preferred
Work Schedule:
100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. This is a hybrid position. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
