      OVERVIEW

      Collective Choice, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Bilingual Health Insurance Agent (Korean/English) to join our team for a new role based from our Koreatown office location. Are you a driven, bilingual professional who’s passionate about helping others navigate health insurance?       RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Guide clients through health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options—customizing plans to fit their needs.
      • Engage with prospective clients by phone, online, and in person; follow up to maximize enrollment and satisfaction.
      • Clearly explain insurance concepts (like subsidies, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximums) so clients feel confident in their choices.
      • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and on platforms like Covered California, ensuring data security and compliance.
      • Provide outstanding customer service and refer clients to the right resources when needed.
      • Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals, brainstorm marketing ideas, and keep our office welcoming and professional.
      • Stay current with licensing, certifications, and ongoing training.


      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
      • High school diploma or higher.
      • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
      • Strong knowledge of health insurance plans and benefits.
      • Self-motivation, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
      • Comfort with Google Workspace and CRM tools.
      • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow.

      Hourly range is $20 to $24 per hour + commission.
