What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of third party resource information into the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
- Independently screen, analyze, and research third-party resource referrals
- Clarify laws, regulations, and procedures related to third-party resources
- Research insurance carrier websites for necessary information
- Input insurance eligibility information accurately in the work queue

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience
- Experience coordinating health insurance benefits
- Experience operating medical billing systems through a computer terminal
- Experience in effective communication through various channels
- Attention to detail experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in health insurance analysis or related field
