What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform administrative tasks such as recording, tracking, filing, copying, mailing, and requesting documents
- Handle public contact duties including scheduling appointments, computer data entry, and customer service
- Utilize collaborative problem-solving and communication skills in a team setting
- Work primarily at the Sweet Home Street office and may work in multiple locations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from high school or equivalent GED certificate
- Two years of medical office experience preferred
- Typing speed of 60 wpm, excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working with an Electronic Health Records system preferred
- Ability to maintain effective work habits, a calm demeanor in stressful situations, and regular and predictable work attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
