      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Learn Molina business and protocol for provider network administration
      - Gain proficiency in using Molina's QuickBase and QNXT platforms for oversight of provider network data
      - Ensure adherence to system maintenance and regulatory requirements
      - Coordinate and oversee data from the provider network for entry into the plan's provider management system
      - Review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and provide feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to develop relationships
      - Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as internet research
      - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA regulations
      - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
      - Pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration or Management, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Public Administration
      - Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
