      We are seeking a talented individual to join our Advisory team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

      As part of our growing consulting business, MMB Indonesia are seeking a dynamic senior consultant to elevate the workforce health consulting business pillar. Join our dynamic and forward-thinking consulting team to shape the future of employee health benefits consulting.

      We will count on you to:

      • Achieve sales target, both individual’s and team’s.

      • Deliver scope of work of our consulting services – especially on Workforce Health pillar – to our corporate clients. Projects include but not limited to Medical Check-Up result analysis, on-site clinic set-up or assessment, occupational health assessment, review and design of employee health benefits scheme, design and activation of wellness program i.e. vaccination, screening, wellness event, health talk, mental health program, physical health activities, etc.

      • Work with our workforce health vendors in delivering our value proposition to clients.

      What you need to have:

      • Has an undergraduate medical degree from reputable university, a clinical experience and currently valid Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Medis.

      • Has any certification related to Occupational Health and Safety.

      • Has sales skills, i.e. planning and strategizing, understanding needs, driving consensus, positioning value, storytelling, resolving objections, selling with teams, negotiating to close.

      • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders.

      • Good at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

      What makes you stand out?

      • Has a graduate degree related to occupational health and safety, i.e. MKKK (Magister Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or MKK (Magister Kedokteran Kerja).

      • Has prior work experience at a management consulting firm or in a strategy department at a multinational company, or prior work experience in the insurance industry especially Employee Health & Benefits space.

      • Has AAAK/AAK certification from PAMJAKI.
