What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain subject matter expertise in behavioral support practices for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and monitor behavioral treatment plans and evaluate their efficacy
- Implement behavior data systems for ongoing evaluation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide training and clinical oversight to staff and direct care workers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving records
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card to work with children and vulnerable adults
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical, clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Certification by the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board
- Current license by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiner
- Experience with severe challenging behaviors across the lifespan
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral treatment
