- Provide direct reports with coaching and support to ensure the HSR department meets performance and quality standards in service delivery
- Boost morale through focused initiatives, active listening and follow-through to keep individual and team cohesive, collaborative and engaged
- Perform as Supervisor on Duty to monitor status of calls and queues, work with OCC, shifting resources as needed to meet SLA targets
- Deliver training as needed to support growth or continuing education CSA requirements for the frontline team
- Hold accountability to attendance and performance expectations, partnering with HSR Managers as needed to hold consistent accountability across the Care organization
- Minimum 4 years of customer service call center or dispatch experience required.
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience to include managing performance and/or attendance required.
- Experience providing excellent customer service and problem solving preferred.
- Strong communication skills preferred.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Description
As a Health Services Response Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be to supervise a staff of non-exempt employees by providing necessary leadership, coaching, and development for the team. This involves contributing to the efficient operation of the Health Services Response Center. This individual is responsible for supporting Health Services Response Advisors receiving, evaluating and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance and service. This individual must be able to direct others, maintain control, and make effective decisions, often in very high stress situations.
This role is Hybrid which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in Reno, NV.
