What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and oversee health services initiatives and strategies to benefit clients and communities
- Schedule and conduct calls with stakeholders, providing ongoing consultation and customized work plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance health service utilization
- Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers and partner organizations
- Track and analyze program results, identifying emerging opportunities in health promotion and quality improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in critical thinking
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize and present information professionally

- Experience in health promotion, well-being, or quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with community health resources and partnerships
