      £65k - £81.5k + 10%bonus+ fantastic benefits

      37.5 hours per week

      Role Overview:

      As Strategy Manager you will play a key role to define and revise customer commercial, strategic and other business goals. You will also set business plan objectives. This position is part of the key Health Services Transformation Team - working with the Health Services Exec team, Clinics and Cromwell businesses.

      What you’ll do:

      • Ensure Health Services have up to date, integrated, robust and consistent strategies to deliver the required customer and business outcomes
      • Deliver strategy projects - including scoping, structuring information requirements and gathering data, generating strategic insights and collaborating across the business
      • Coordinate development and delivery of formal strategic and performance management updates to the leadership and non-executive boards
      • Support and contribute to the business’ strategic planning
      • Support stakeholders to build strategic narratives and cascade strategies
      • Work with the Health Services Transformation Director to deliver Health Services’ strategy objectives and milestones eg: preparation of external presentations and work planning
      • Synthesise business, market and competitor information from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities and support business unit leaders on strategic opportunities, actions and priorities
      • Prepare effective short briefings for the Transformation Director, General Manager and other senior executives

      What you’ll bring:

      • Professional experience of development and communication of strategy, marketing and relevant business propositions
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop clear insights for the business
      • Strong written and oral communication skills. Be able to compose clear and insightful messages
      • Excellent commercial acumen and sound business judgement
      • Ability to build relationships, influence and manage stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
      • Proven track record in excellent project management capability
      • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration both as a functional leader and as a senior leader in the business
