  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support client projects related to access, quality, cost, and member experience in primary care and occupational health
  - Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and implement care delivery solutions
  - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analytics to inform strategy design and project management
  - Create and prepare client presentations and consulting materials
  - Research industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience in health and benefits and/or wellness
  - Exposure to data analytics and measurement work
  - Consulting experience is a plus
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  - Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field with strong finance or economics; Master’s degree preferred

  - Previous experience with employer-sponsored clinics or health system solutions
  - Strong project management skills with a focus on client engagement
  - Ability to proactively build relationships and collaborate across teams
  - Familiarity with alternative network options and healthcare delivery models
