- 3 years - Experience in a senior secretary role, including 1 year of medical services background in scheduling, medical terminology or physician's or hospital office administration.
Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, triages phone calls as necessary. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital setting. As Patient Liaison duties will include meeting patients on admission, inventory personal belonging, log and secure valuables in safe, inventory medication. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the necessary transportation of patients to and from outside appointments.

Position is full time, 0.9 FTE, Day shift, 12-hr shifts, days will be on rotating schedule, and weekends will be assigned about once a month; 36 hours per week.
