- Be the driving force in HLS technical solutioning, working together with AIS Technical Leadership.
- Lead the charge in HLS deal-making, crafting client-centric proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) with precision and creativity.
- Innovate and articulate - develop compelling proposals and ideas for internal and external audiences.
- Play a pivotal role in creating vertically-focused content, from marketing materials to strategic frameworks.
- Develop and manage industry-specific service offerings, accelerators and solutions including physician referral management, revenue cycle management and intelligent/robotic process automation, and health plan/payer claims and administrative platform cloud modernization.
- Develop external relationships with our client’s executive and management stakeholders, strategic technology and services partners, and grow a network through evangelism of our firm’s expertise.
- Client-First Consulting: You'll be the face of AIS, guiding clients through the “what’s next” and shaping business outcomes with our cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner with Account Management to deepen relationships, driving revenue growth by engaging with tech leaders and influencers in the HLS space.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Unleash your creativity and strategic thinking to expand HLS accounts, collaborating closely with AIS teams for impactful growth.
- Directly engage in high-value sales and strategy formation for key portfolio clients.
- Jointly craft and execute growth strategies with Account Management, focusing on high-value AIS accounts.
- Deeply understand and address client challenges, proactively shaping their agenda.
- Communicate AIS's core value effectively, aligning with client goals.
- Amplify AIS's revenue and profitability in HLS.
- Leverage AIS expertise and insights for strategic technology planning in HLS accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with high-value accounts, establishing AIS as a trusted advisor.
- Expand our service and solution offerings through strategic partnerships, especially with Microsoft.
- Create impactful, industry-leading proposal opportunities.
- Define and shape industry specific service offerings, accelerators and integrated solutions.
- Experienced in consulting, with prior experience in strategic roles working with Healthcare & Life Sciences Clients (Ideally Payors).
- Prior experience in digital transformation consulting services at global systems integrators and management consulting firm.
- Domain Expertise in the Healthcare Payor industry, with exposure to other Healthcare & Life Sciences companies.
- Ability to create strong presentations and proposals.
- Delivery experience with Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
- Experienced with targeting accounts, developing, and executing account plans.
- Strong analysis, reasoning, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced and opportunities available in the Healthcare industry (payers, providers) coupled with a point of view on how to approach and address them with AIS’s advisory and technology-driven solutions.

To spearhead our growth strategy in this critical industry and serve as a practice leader responsible for developing, selling, and managing our healthcare solution accelerators and service offers.You'll be the strategic "quarterback" behind our most significant HLS ventures, blending deep industry expertise with technical acumen to unlock new and dormant opportunities.
