Job summary
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant with excellent patient care and organisational skills.
Knowledge and ability of taking blood pressure, ECG recording, flu, pneumonia, B12 injections, lifestyle/dietary advice, dressings and phlebotomy are essential.
You should be a calm and reliable person, have strong communication skills, be able to uphold confidentiality principles at all times, be computer literate and be comfortable working under pressure.

We are a high achieving, forward thinking and well organised teaching Practice. The team consists of 6 partners, 6 salaried GPs, an ACP, a Practice Pharmacy Team, MSK Practitioner, 5 nurses and and a capable and competent administration support team.
The Practice aims to deliver high quality care to 15,500 patients, using EMIS Web. We work from a purpose-built surgery, hosting an extensive range of extended services. As a training practice, there is an active undergraduate and post graduate teaching programme in place. We are part of the Macclesfield PCN.
