- Level 3 qualification (e.g. Alevel, NVQ3) in Care or
- Level 2 qualification (e.g. GCSE, NVQ2) in care and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post
- Will be expected to meet the Care Certificate standards within 12 weeks of commencing employment with the Trust
- Management of Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA) training
- I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer

Job summary
Keith Winter House is a 15 bedded, 24-hour Rehabilitation unit part of the Mental Health inpatient recovery services. We support patients with complex mental health difficulties predominantly psychosis. The service has a Recovery ethos and offers a holistic person-centred approach with a focus on promoting optimal social recovery, instilling hope for the future whilst supporting patients in developing coping strategies, empowering self-management of symptoms and an ability for increased independence.
