Job summary
We are looking for someone to join our fantastic nursing team as a Healthcare Assistant working 26.5 hours per week over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday).
Main duties of the job
As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients of the Practice either at our site in Dedworth or Eton. Reporting to the nursing staff, your role involves undertaking clinical procedures such as venepuncture, blood pressure measurements, ECGs, basic injections, wound care assessment and undertaking a range of health assessments. The role will also involve administration such as stock control and ordering. Your core skills in patient care will be complemented by effective communication and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
About us
We are a two site 14,200 patient GP Practice based in Windsor and Eton.
In our nursing team we have 5 Practice Nurses and a Nurse Associate and we are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join the team
