What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform billing data entry and ensure accuracy in billing information
- Research and verify missing or incorrect data and insurance information
- Complete daily and weekly billing activities in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and patients to resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in medical billing, AR/AP, or Claims/Insurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Alpha-Numeric Data Entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a revenue cycle management (RCM) role
- Experience in production or goal-oriented work environments
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
