- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
- Lead the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to enhance business operations.
- Define and document business requirements, workflows, and business rules for healthcare projects.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on business analysis best practices and methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and it teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology and processes.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Project management skills to oversee the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Business Analyst Certification (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
