      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Manage consulting engagements related to behavioral health policy
      - Develop program documents, waivers, and other materials for state clients
      - Review regulatory requirements and identify best-practice program approaches
      - Plan and facilitate stakeholdering efforts, including focus groups and interviews
      - Effectively communicate results and facilitate discussions with clients and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 10+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare policy, or behavioral health roles
      - Strong strategic thinking skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Experience managing complex policy projects or program implementations
      - Experience managing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
