      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
      - Lead the development and execution of oncology patient support and access strategies tailored to client needs
      - Manage client projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality deliverables
      - Help clients identify and address challenges in oncology patient access, including barriers to care and treatment adherence
      - Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, life sciences, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical/biotech strategy, or patient access services, with a focus on oncology
      - Expertise in oncology patient support and access, including understanding of reimbursement and affordability programs
      - Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
      - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree, e.g., Master’s of Business Administration, Master’s of Public Health, or related program of study
      - Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software
