      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
      - Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps and risks
      - Summarize information and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadership
      - Supervise and mentor junior project team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
      - Deliver tailored solutions that enhance accessibility and impact across healthcare services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse with a BA/BS in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital experience in pediatrics
      - US licensed Physician, Physician Assistant/Associate, or Nurse Practitioner may substitute for RN
      - CCDS or CDIP certification required within 6 months of exam eligibility after date of hire
      - Relevant experience in a project-based operations performance improvement role within a hospital or consulting environment
      - Strong leadership and management skills aligned with Huron's core values and competencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in a clinical documentation integrity role
      - Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
      - Proficiency with 3M/Solventum CPRS or similar coding software
