What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
- Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection and complex analysis, identifying gaps and risks
- Summarize and present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior project team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Deliver tailored solutions to enhance impact and accessibility in healthcare services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
- Experience supervising a department or team-based projects focused on process re-engineering and change management
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% weekly and work extended hours as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
