      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls from US customers regarding prescription healthcare benefits
      - Provide information on insurance coverage and benefit plans
      - Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking
      - Educate customers on online self-service options
      - Resolve customer concerns to simplify their healthcare experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 18+ years old & high school diploma/GED
      - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
      - Customer-focused personality & desire to help people
      - Full-Time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
      - Willingness to submit a drug test and background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills
