What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues when necessary
- Escalate interactions appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments as needed
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills, along with logical problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a virtual team environment
- Familiarity with navigating Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
