What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal functions to manage critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop reporting and dashboards to reflect KPIs for Operations leadership
- Analyze reports and dashboards to identify areas of opportunity and underperformance
- Explore trends in business performance metrics to assess the impact of activities on key metrics
- Create miscellaneous reports on an ad hoc basis as directed by Operations leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Science, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in finance, data analytics, or operational reporting
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Experience with the Third Party Administrator (TPA) business model, including claims billing and processing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
