What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor health process and outcomes data analyses, projections, and reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design data models and reporting solutions focused on quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for leadership
- Provide technical support and documentation to analysts, managers, and clinicians in utilizing health data
- Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
- Three years of directly related work experience in data analysis or reporting
- Strong skills in database and query design and development for modeling and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology
- Experience with Vizient is highly desirable
