What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into the appropriate electronic medical files
- Process referrals with dedicated deadlines and send reviews to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Collect and index medical files and documents for web-based Utilization Review case management
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers with professional etiquette
- Perform data entry and assist administrative staff with overflow tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer programs/functions, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role
- Knowledge of Utilization Review processes and terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
