      Job Overview

      The Strategy Analyst focused on Healthcare Delivery provides analytical expertise to support critical initiatives that advance Fairview’s strategic priorities and innovation efforts. This role partners with the System Director, Strategy & Innovation to evaluate system-level strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, retail strategies, and innovation opportunities. This position will require looking at data analytics, leveraging SQL, PowerPoint and other visualization tools such as PowerBI. Leveraging deep market knowledge and advanced analytical techniques, the Strategy Analyst delivers actionable insights through market analyses, competitor intelligence, and customer research. Acting as an internal consultant, this position ensures data-driven recommendations to support organizational growth and transformation goals.

      Job Expectations:

      • Analyze evolving market conditions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to organizational strategies.
      • Conduct market analyses, feasibility studies, and competitor intelligence to inform key strategic decisions.
      • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods, including customer insights and ethnographic research, to inform strategy and innovation efforts.
      • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
      • Support strategic planning processes by providing data and insights for retail analytics, corporate growth initiatives, and innovation challenges.
      • Collaborate with Strategy and Innovation team members and other departments across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
      • Maintain expertise in market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance strategy development.

      Required Qualifications

      Education

      Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field

      Experience

      5+ years of experience in healthcare delivery systems, health care financing, business partnering and/or strategy development
