What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and evaluate financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Simplify and translate complicated corporate finance concepts and analyses for senior management
- Conduct financial modeling and identify key operational performance drivers
- Lead engagements with strong project and client management skills
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and pitchbooks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, preferably in healthcare financial planning
- Comprehensive understanding of financial and capital planning within the healthcare provider industry
- Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, and pro-forma financial modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, CDB
- Experience with healthcare financial/capital planning in a large healthcare system
