What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 1-2 years of related experience in collections or a similar field
- General computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and management
