      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Support clients in program strategy, design, development, and implementation
      - Communicate results and facilitate discussions with clients and stakeholders
      - Project management and tracking, including preparing reports and presentation materials
      - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
      - Ensure quality control processes and procedures are followed

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Clinical credentials and experience in a managed care or hospital/large clinic setting
      - 3-5 years of healthcare consulting experience or related experience with data analysis
      - Strong problem-solving capabilities and learning agility
      - Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and within a team environment
      - Excellent computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Master's degree
      - Additional certifications or advanced training in healthcare or related fields
      - Experience with project leadership or management
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
      - Strong analytical and data modeling skills
