What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot complex payer issues and manage a large caseload of escalated issues
- Participate in project management and oversight activities
- Communicate with clients regarding support cases and inquiries
- Manage and troubleshoot client and user payer configurations
- Build and maintain the internal and external Knowledge Base (KCS)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years' experience with healthcare-related standards and specifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience with EDI, X12, and payer support within a hospital or healthcare system
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare IT industry or healthcare revenue cycle
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in revenue cycle management or patient engagement systems
- Familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools
- Previous roles in customer support or client management within healthcare
- Knowledge of regulatory standards affecting healthcare payers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
