      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support state Medicaid agencies and other healthcare clients in program strategy, design, development, and implementation
      - Conduct policy strategy development and create innovative solutions within the healthcare policy landscape
      - Analyze complex legislation, regulations, and federal guidance related to Medicaid and state programs
      - Prepare client reports and develop engaging presentation materials for stakeholder communication
      - Manage projects effectively, ensuring quality control processes are followed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience with state Medicaid agencies, CMS, or related consulting experience in health and human services
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Public Affairs, Public Health, or a related field
      - Experience managing complex public policy projects
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, health management, public health, or a related field
      - Experience with Medicaid managed care and financing policy
      - Knowledge of equity and health-related social needs
      - Familiarity with long-term services and supports and quality improvement initiatives
      - Experience managing teams in a consulting environment
