Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East. As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.

• Manage business development activities including proposal development and active client relationship building.

• Manage and develop teams and contribute to creating a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, medical, clinical, biopharma, or related field

• Minimum of 6.5 years of relevant experience

• Previous consulting experience of minimum of 3 years required

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare projects

• Excellent understanding of the regional healthcare market including KSA, UAE and others

• Proven project experience in one or more key healthcare and life sciences topics including but not limited to: public health, population health management, value-based healthcare, health financing, healthcare operations, models of care, life sciences and pharma strategy, pharma localization, others

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
