      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality data analysis and reporting to support decision-making for various stakeholders
      - Serve as a Super User of the quality improvement data tool, drilling reports and ensuring data integrity
      - Provide expert insights on clinical outcomes by facility, service lines, and publicly reported data
      - Collaborate with the Manager of Quality Analytics to ensure timely delivery of information
      - Prepare concise reports and presentations for a variety of audiences within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Management, Statistics, or related field
      - Minimum of five years of data analysis and information management experience
      - At least two years of data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
      - Previous experience with risk-adjustment/benchmarking vendors
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Management, Statistics, or related field
      - Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
      - Independent thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude
      - Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement initiatives
